Chris has been in the recruiting industry for almost seven years and has grown to love the industry and the opportunity to build relationships that help others in their career moves.  Throughout his experience he has gathered skills in new business development, negotiating, generating sales, and cultivating and maintaining business relationships.  

Chris began working at True North in 2011 as the Business Development Manger.  He enjoys working at True North because he feels they truly value their customers and work to meet their needs.  As True North develops he hopes to see it grow in this market and others.  

In his free time Chris enjoys watching sports, and during college football season he shows his support for Oklahoma University. He also enjoys fitness and being outdoors.  He is dad to two young, beautiful children and loves spending time with them.

Chris has been a tremendous resource and helped deliver top-notch IT candidates with often little advance notice. He has a keen sense of what clients want and expect from a vendor and he has delivered consistently excellent results.
