Kara got her start in the Marketing industry over three years ago working for a research and development company.  During this time she gained a strong understanding for how marketing is implemented and measured for success. Throughout her time in marketing she has had a special interest in print and web design, and the use of public relations in marketing.

She has been at True North for less than a year, and this is her first time to work in the recruiting industry.  She hopes to continue to learn about how the recruiting industry can use marketing to be more successful.  As True North grows their marketing department she is excited to see the things True North can accomplish.

Kara is a Texas Tech graduate, and enjoys watching her football team in the fall.  In her free time she likes the outdoors, fitness, and doing design projects.  She loves spending time with her family and friends, and considers them to be the most important part of her life.

Kara was able to capture creative energy through color and design that we have not been able to find in the past. She was able to conceptualize our marketing plan and provide helpful guidelines to the project. She brought life to our vision statement!
