Natalie’s interest in recruitment began when she was able to gain a HR perspective through involvement with student groups at Texas A&M University. Interviewing and looking for new students to join organizations that she was leading proved to be the highlight of her involvement.  As Natalie begins her career she feels her role at True North is closely aligned with her long-term goals.

Natalie is “green” in the professional realm of Sourcing.  At True North Recruiting her role will be Sourcing Specialist with the primary goal of seeking out  top talent.  As she goes through training and grows in knowledge of the industry her role will evolve.   She is grateful to be a part of such a strong team and is looking forward to all the things the office will be able to accomplish together.

Natalie’s family is of the utmost importance to her, and she considers them to be her biggest supporters and best friends. She enjoys being active outdoors and trying new exercises, most currently Yoga and Pilates.  Natalie also takes a strong liking to trying new foods and luckily her new home, San Antonio, offers many new restaurants.
