In Wade’s previous role he was a branch manager for an insurance company, with the primary responsibility of recruiting.  With over three years of experience in recruiting Wade has decided to take the next step and focus exclusively on recruiting.

At True North Wade is the newest Executive Search Consultant.  There is lots of room for growth in Wade’s role and we are excited to see how he excels in this industry.  Wade’s goal is to help people find and excel in a career they are passionate about, aligning with True North’s culture of genuinely helping job seekers.  

Wade has been married for almost three years and has a beautiful little red headed daughter.  He enjoys all things sports, but especially likes football and golf.  He is new to San Antonio and is still getting settled in to the area
